The Human Resources Department works to achieve continuous improvement, maximizing the human potential and skills of its Alma Mater staff. These objectives are achieved through several areas such as recruitment, hiring, orientation, individual and organizational development, permanence, training, payroll, well-being and welcoming through the management, safety and health system at work by the university personnel.
The Human Talent Directorate has the Organizational Development, Payroll and Social Services, Health and Safety at Work Group, and also has the Retirement Stabilization Project; Working day after day for continuous institutional improvement.
