The professional profile of the graduate of the Master's program in Fisheries of the Universidad del Magdalena is:
- Ability to analyze, assess and synthesize fisheries issues, always seeking to promote innovation and development of tropical fisheries from a perspective of sustainability, and social responsibility.
- Know how to plan, organize and implement strategies to address the problems of tropical fisheries from the identification, analysis, and incorporation of scientific and technological advances, aimed at generating sustainability of fisheries resources.
- Ability to carry out comprehensive and complex approaches allowing it to participate in multidisciplinary science projects, technology and innovation-oriented to the study of tropical fisheries.
